Yes. There is actually no limit to the number of hours a driver may work. The regulations simply prohibit drivers from driving after they reach 60 or 70 hours on duty. However, any on-duty hours worked after the 60/70 hour limit is reached must still be added to the total number of on-duty hours for the 7- or 8-day period.
