Motor carriers wishing to maintain bulk fuel storage within Texas, may do so without needing a special bulk license or having to file bulk fuel reports, providing all the fuel they acquire is tax-paid and none of it is used for resale.

Bonded gasoline and diesel distributors must file monthly reports on or before the 25th day of the month following the reporting month.

Information regarding bulk fuel purchases under IFTA is included in the IFTA Agreement Manual and the IFTA Procedures Manual.
