Wisconsin Statutes 125.68: Except as provided within section 125.535, no common carrier or other person may transport into or deliver any intoxicating liquor within Wisconsin unless it is cosigned to a person holding a wholesaler's permit, shipped from a manufacturer or rectifier in another state holding a permit, or cosigned to a person holding a manufacturer's, rectifier's, or winery permit.
