Arizona Administrative Code R19-1-104: Spirituous liquor shipped or offered for shipping within Arizona for a commercial purpose must be transported within a container that is accompanied by a shipping document containing, or is clearly and conspicuously labeled with, the following information:
- The name or the individual or entity cosigning or shipping the spirituous liquor,
- The name and address of the individual or entity to whom the spirituous liquor will be delivered, and
- Identification of the spirituous liquor.
Arizona Administrative Code R19-1-104: The carrier must have a bill or memorandum from the seller to the purchaser showing the name and address of the seller and purchaser as well as the quantity and kind of beverages being transported. The bill or memorandum must be produced for inspection upon a request by a law enforcement officer.
Arizona Administrative Code R19-1-104: A carrier must not construe the regulations within R19-1-104 in a manner that interferes with the interstate shipment of spirituous liquor, including beer and wine, through Arizona if the spirituous liquor, as it passes through the state, is under the control of a common carrier or transportation company hired to transport the spirituous liquor.
