Employer defined
The term “employer” does not include any employer with fewer than four persons in his employ.
Unlawful employment practices
The unlawful employment practices and exemptions are similar to those under the federal Age Discrimination in Employment Act. For example, the state law includes exemptions for bona fide occupational qualifications and for seniority or merit systems.
