Ohio has no state-specific affirmative action requirements for private employers.
State agencies must comply with affirmative action requirements at OH Admin. Code Ch. 123:1-49-04.
Certain construction contractors must comply with affirmative action requirements at OH Admin. Code Ch. 123:2-3-01 et seq.
Affirmative action is required under OH Rev. Code Ch. 340.12 for a board of alcohol and drug addiction, and mental health services and those with contracts under such board.
Apprenticeship programs must comply with affirmative action requirements at OH Admin. Code Ch. 4111-3 [rescinded] and OH Rev. Code Ch. 4139.06.
