North Carolina has no state-specific affirmative action requirements for private employers.
State agencies must comply with affirmative action requirements at NC Stat. Code section 126-16 et seq. and 25 NC Admin Code Tit. 1H.0626.
Apprenticeship programs must comply with affirmative action requirements at 13 NC Admin. Code Ch. 14 section 0801 et seq.
