Connecticut has adopted federal OSHA standards and incorporates them by reference. The Connecticut Occupational Safety and Health Division (CONN-OSHA) covers state and local government employers in the state; private employers are covered by federal OSHA. CONN-OSHA has no additional requirements for aerial lifts in general industry.
