Florida has adopted 390.15 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) as it existed on December 31, 2023. Section 390.15 includes accident recordkeeping requirements.
Section 390.15 applies to vehicles with a gross vehicle weight, gross vehicle weight rating, or gross combined weight rating of 26,001 pounds or more, and vehicles transporting hazardous materials.
Accident reporting - Motor carrier
