Delaware has adopted 390.15 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs), with future amendments. Section 390.15 includes accident recordkeeping requirements.
Section 390.15 applies to a single vehicle or a vehicle in combination operated in intrastate commerce with a gross vehicle weight rating or gross vehicle weight over 26,000 pounds, and any size vehicle hauling hazardous materials requiring placards.

Obtaining an accident report
