  1. The employee tightening the straps is drinking a beverage which could be a distraction from properly securing the barrel.
  2. The hook on the strap is positioned in such a way that it could slip down if the strap loosens.
  3. The employee is not using his gloves. They are to the right. It is a wise best practice to use safety equipment to prevent all workplace injuries, including simple blisters or cuts.
