Biennial Report Quick Reference: Source, Form, and Management Method Codes
A hazardous waste generator that is a large quantity generator (LQG) for at least one month of an odd-numbered (i.e., reporting) year and ships waste offsite to a treatment, storage, or disposal facility (TSDF) must complete and submit EPA Form 8700-13 A/B (also known as the Biennial Report) to the Regional Administrator by March 1 of the following even-numbered year. The Biennial Report requires a variety of different reporting codes; this quick reference table can help you determine the source, form, and management method codes applicable to your organization.
