Are these posters displayed correctly?: Answers

  1. Yes. Employment law posters need to be displayed in a company location or locations where the posters can be readily seen by all employees. If all employees regularly visit the lunchroom, then posters can be displayed there.
  2. No. Employers need to display posters in each facility or office location where employees report to work.
  3. No. In some cases, posters need to be a specific size. For example, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) posting needs to be 8 ½” x 14”. Some state posters have size requirements as well.
