This is a compliance deadline for the HazCom Standard at 1910.1200, as revised 5/20/2024 and effective 7/19/2024. For substances (as defined at 1910.1200(c)), employers must (as necessary): 1) Update any alternative workplace (in-house) labeling; 2) Update their HazCom training program; and 3) Provide additional employee training for newly identified physical, health, or other hazards covered.
